Here's a News Flash for you.  Upholstery is supposed to be professionally cleaned every 12 - 24 months.  Added to that - if you can see soil on the fabric, it is already past the cleaning stage and has moved into the restoration phase.  This fact is expressed in the IICRC 300 standards for care for upholstery cleaning.  So, while we're cleaning your carpet, why not have us go ahead and work on your upholstery and bring it back to its cleanest natural state.  We can also apply a fabric protector that will give the material a much more stain resistant quality.

Your upholstery fabric is a lot like your carpet in that it can trap dust, body oils, soil from clothing, etc.  It is the accumulation of these soils that over time build into stains that reduce the overall attractiveness and durability of your furniture.
